High-pressure metal die casting（Precision Stamping）： For automotive connector terminals and conductive springs, we use high-speed continuous die production to ensure the geometric accuracy and spring force of the contact points are completely accurate while maintaining a production volume of millions.
High-pressure metal die casting (Die Casting)： 針對連接器外殼與散熱模組，利用鋁/鋅合金壓鑄技術，實現輕量化與高強度的結構設計，並具備優異的電磁屏蔽 (EMI) 效果。
CNC Precision Post-Machining： For critical tolerance surfaces after die casting, secondary CNC machining is used to ensure that the airtight surfaces and assembly holes achieve micron-level precision.
